Mudanjiang Petroleum Downhole Tools Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company incorporated in March, 2003. It is based on Mudanjiang Zhongyuan Petroleum Machinery Factory. Under the support of the municipal government, the company took actively part in the reform of state-owned enterprise in July, 2003, successfully merged Mudanjiang Petroleum Downhole Tools Co., Ltd. (the former as munitions factory). Thus the company has made notable gains in productivity, and been one of leading enterprise in the circle of Mudanjiang Petroleum Machinery. It has been one of top enterprise in the circle of oil products in Heilongjiang Province.
The company covers an area of 50,000 square meters and a building area of 21,000 square meters . Our company has 143 facilities which includes 5 sets of large facilities, 9 sets of precise facilities, 12 sets of special facilities for a petroleum purpose, 10 sets of numerically-controlled machine, 107 sets of cold working facilities. And the supply of production could be normally ensured because of the complete systems of water, electricity and steam in the corporation. At present, our company has 180 employees that includes various professional and technical employees of 106 people.
The company is a grade A network member of China's Petroleum & Natural Gas Group Company and China's Petroleum Chemical Group Company and has obtained the certificate of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and certificate of authority to use the API. We manufacture 7 major kinds of goods for oilfield, such as Fishing tools, Drilling tools, Well repair tools, Milling tools, Cementing tools, Recovery tools, Walking beam pumping unit and so on, including 200 assortments and 2000 specifications. The products manufactured by our corporation are widely used in many oilfields of our country, and many products have been exported to the Sudan, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Yemen, Venezuela and more than seventy countries. Because of the first-rate manufacturing technology, the high level product quality, reliable using function as well as good credit and service, the products of our corporation enjoy high reputation all over the oilfields in the country. Mr. Wang Dianxin was born in June, 1960. He was the Deputy to the People's Congress and working model in Mudanjiang city. He graduated from Party School of the CPC Central Committee in 2005. Since 2002, he led the staff of a company to work hard, to strengthen internal management of enterprise, to greatly extend inland and international market and so as to make the company rapid development.

Improved drill stabilizer and improved casing check valve have been granted the national patent, which improved drill stabilizer have been listed into the Torch Program in China.
